Landscape Installation Crew Leader & Driver
About the Role:
Element Outdoor Living is seeking a dependable and experienced Installation Team Member to join our team. You'll work outdoors with a crew of 3–4 team members to install high-end residential landscapes, including plants, turf, mulch, irrigation, and hardscapes.
What You'll Do:
- Install plants, trees, sod, mulch, and landscape materials
- Perform basic irrigation installation and repairs
- Operate hand tools and small equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of landscape installation experience required
- Knowledge of local plants, turf, irrigation, pruning, and mulching
- Able to work outdoors in all weather and lift 50+ lbs
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) applicants encouraged to apply
