What You'll Do

As a Client Benefits Experience Specialist , you'll:

• Welcome and onboard new members through a seamless enrollment experience

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone consultations

• Provide personalized guidance based on each client's goals and benefit needs

• Present supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally

• Respond promptly to client questions while delivering outstanding customer service

• Build long-term relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up

• Organize appointments and maintain accurate digital records

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

Minimum Qualifications
