Scrum Master
The Scrum Master II will support two verticals within the organization and report directly to the hiring manager. This role is responsible for ensuring backlog prioritization in partnership with Product Owners, creating self-organizing and cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Rate: $43 - $53 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, shielding teams from outside distractions, ensuring goals and backlog items are well understood, and coaching the team on agile practices and values. The Scrum Master II may also serve in a Program Manager capacity to support business and IT leaders in adapting processes and culture for agile delivery. The role requires tracking team performance metrics (Velocity, Burndown charts, Cycle time, etc.) and reporting progress and value delivery to leadership. Candidates should bring strong servant leadership skills, a deep understanding of agile methodology, excellent communication and facilitation ability, and proven success managing multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Experience Requirements:- 5–7 years of Scrum Master experience (Scrum, Kanban, Agile methodology)
- Strong coaching/mentoring skills; servant leadership
- Ability to facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement)
- Experience tracking and analyzing team metrics (Velocity, Burndown, Cycle time)
- Skilled in conflict resolution, influencing stakeholders, and removing impediments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
