Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a passion for classic cuisine to elevate our menu and dining experience. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients.
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and quality control.
• Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and waste to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with management to plan special events, seasonal menus, and promotions.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them into menu development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-end restaurant.
• Passion for working the line with a strong understanding of traditional and modern techniques.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
