Shift: 3rd Shift

Pay: $20-26/hour

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This entry-level to mid-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment on the 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow the plant maintenance/PM program.
• Troubleshoot welding robotic machines, drives, sensors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, power transmission, and furnace elements using multi-meters and other test equipment.
• Perform reactive maintenance and preventive maintenance during downtime.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts safely.
• Work any shift, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Lift up to 40+ lbs, stand for an entire shift, and perform tasks involving bending, stooping, stretching, and reaching.

Essential Skills

• At least 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, including power tools, drill press, lathe, milling machine, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, electronics, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding cell maintenance.
• Experience with industrial oven maintenance and robotics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Understanding of sensors and industrial maintenance systems.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, non-climate controlled facility. Safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe shoes are required as part of our PPE standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of High Point, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
