Warehouse PIT Operator and Shipping/Receiving Associate

Monday–Friday | $17–$19/hr (DOE)
Join a fast‑paced team where you’ll combine expert forklift operation with accurate order selection and hands‑on dock responsibilities.
Your impact
- Run a variety of powered industrial trucks (including cherry picker/high‑reach) safely and efficiently.
- Pick customer orders by hand and via forklift from designated locations with speed and accuracy.
- Own shipping/receiving tasks and hands‑on GL dock work; load and unload vehicles without errors.
- Leverage RF hand‑held scanners, totes, rolling carts, pallets, and pallet jacks to fulfill orders.
- Maintain tight inventory control, read instructions clearly, and count accurately every time.
- Stage and transport completed orders to the correct warehouse area.
- Communicate proactively with your supervisor and bring strong attention to detail to every task.
What you bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years operating multiple forklift types.
- 2+ years of order picking experience in a high‑throughput environment.
- Comfort with basic math; demonstrated accuracy in reading and counting.
- Above‑average detail orientation and analytical thinking.
- Team‑first attitude and success in fast‑moving warehouse settings.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet for the entire shift.
- Forklift license/certification.
