We support multiple hiring models (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire) and can deploy embedded or customized recruitment solutions when growth or expansion calls for it.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for driven, people-focused professionals to join our internal team as Recruiters . In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our recruiting engine, serving as a trusted partner to both candidates and clients. You’ll collaborate closely with our Client Advisors, ensuring that every candidate is qualified, cared for, and placed where they’ll thrive.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with Client Advisors to fully understand client partner hiring needs, culture, and resource requirements.
• Identify, source, and qualify candidates using Kelaca’s internal database, external platforms, and networking strategies.
• Guide candidates through Kelaca’s comprehensive qualification, interview, and onboarding processes—ensuring a smooth, supportive experience.
• Serve as a compensation advisor, working with candidates to negotiate packages that align with their goals and our client partners’ needs.
• Engage in opportunities to expand your personal network and enhance your professional brand, with the ultimate goal of cultivating strong and sustainable candidate pipelines.
• Provide ongoing support to contractors placed with client partners, ensuring they’re successful and supported throughout their engagements.
• Assist Client Advisors with account management and client-specific requirements as needed.
