Job Summary

Do you enjoy brightening someone’s day? As the General Manager of Nékter Juice Bar's new Charlotte location, you’ll oversee all aspects of store operations and lead your team to deliver on the Nékter promise in every cup. You’ll hire, train, coach, problem-solve, and promote, all while building sales and establishing our footprint in the Charlotte market. Every day is different, and our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment where leadership and guest service come first.

General Accountabilities

· Lead day-to-day store operations with a focus on guest experience and brand excellence

· Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing local Charlotte team

· Manage scheduling, labor, and food costs in line with business goals

· Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations

· Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and auditing procedures

· Review and manage P&L statements, presenting results and driving continuous improvement

· Handle employee relations with care, following HR guidelines

· Build excitement in Charlotte through community partnerships, promotions, and sampling events. Help drive social media presence and engagement

Job Qualifications

3–5 years of retail or restaurant management experience required

Demonstrated success in leading, training, and motivating teams of 10+ employees

Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools and reporting dashboards

Experience in P&L management, including labor scheduling, inventory control, and cost management

Passion for health, wellness and nutrition

Strong track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and building repeat business

Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Food Safety Manager certification is preferred

Multilingual ability is a plus
