- Design and deliver compelling executive materials that enable stakeholder decisions—develop pre‑wired narratives, craft visually engaging decision packets, shape SteerCo agendas, and ensure alignment and follow‑through on outcomes.
- Maintain a single source of truth for portfolio health (schedule, scope, cost, risk); publish executive‑ready dashboards and recommendations that drive timely trade‑offs.
- Serve as the primary liaison for risk and control integration across EFT and ensure timely evidence and reporting of compliance.
- Maintain an integrated, cross‑portfolio view of milestones and dependencies; proactively surface conflicts, orchestrate resolution paths, and protect critical timelines.
- Coach and upskill a matrixed set of program managers/BAs; raise the bar on planning quality, risk narratives, and structured storytelling; foster a culture of accountability and continuous

- Advanced KPI/OKR and decision analytics skills; builds dashboards that inform trade‑offs (Excel/Power BI/Tableau or equivalent).
- Executive communication and decision facilitation excellence (pre‑wires, options, impacts, recommendation, decision log).
- Credible challenge and early‑issue identification; comfortable escalating with data‑backed options to achieve business outcomes.
- Experience embedding risk & control milestones (e.g., DARE/DIME, Vendor EOS, IM/SDLC) into delivery plans and evidencing compliance.
