Finishing Frame Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Operate and monitor finishing frame equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set machine controls and verify proper equipment startup.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain required width, tension, temperature, and quality standards.
• Monitor fabric quality throughout processing and identify defects or production issues.
• Review and complete work orders and production documentation.
• Collect fabric samples and submit swatches for laboratory testing as required.
• Document quality issues, process deviations, and equipment concerns.
• Wrap finished rolls, attach piece tickets, and prepare materials for packing.
• Complete production reports and required process documentation accurately.

Finishing Frame Operator Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills for production and quality documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to perform basic measurements and follow process specifications.
• Ability to identify quality issues and communicate concerns to supervisors.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine production issues.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
