Full-Time Nanny in Belmont, NC for a 4-Month-Old Boy

Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Belmont, NC, in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their 4-month-old. The nanny would typically be needed Monday - Wednesday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, and Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. (37 hours).

The best nanny for this family would be kind, playful, active, and committed to consistent, open communication with the parents. A strong focus on health and safety is essential, along with a solid understanding of developmental milestones. Daily activities will include tummy time, music, reading, stroller walks, and time outdoors in the neighborhood, while maintaining the existing daytime schedule. As the child grows, the nanny will take him on age-appropriate outings throughout the community, such as story time, local parks, and library visits. Mom works from home a few days a week, so the nanny should be comfortable working collaboratively in a shared environment.

Nanny Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting daily scheduling needs of the child (Feeding, Changing, Napping)

• Engaging with the child on an age-appropriate level

• Playing with the child both inside and outside the home

• Doing hands-on learning activities with the child

Household Duties Include (Child is first priority):

• Child’s laundry and changing the child’s sheets weekly

• Child’s meal prep

• Unloading/loading dishwasher

• Wiping down kitchen counters

• Sanitizing toys and frequently used surfaces by the children

• Emptying the diaper pail

Pets: The family has a Mini Australian Shepherd who is shy and protective. The nanny would be asked to let her out into the fenced-in yard twice on Thursdays.

Qualifications:

• Have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience

• Have a college degree or equivalent experience
