Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Whitsett, NC. Our organization is committed to excellence, innovation, and collaboration, and we aim to continuously improve our manufacturing processes to deliver top-quality products.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing manufacturing processes that improve efficiency and quality.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Analyzing production data to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
- Supporting the design and development of new products by providing engineering insights.
- Conducting root cause analysis to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
-Test Network & Server Setup Build and configure test network environments including switches, PXE boot systems, and rack cabling.
- Set up and maintain test servers (L1/L2) used in automated and manual validation processes.
- Issue Debugging & Reporting Document and escalate issues with detailed root cause analysis and resolution tracking.
- Equipment Procurement & Management Identify, evaluate, and procure test-related equipment including HiPot testers, racks, and diagnostic tools.
- Maintain inventory and ensure quality and calibration of test equipment across production lines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, quality, IT, and logistics teams to ensure seamless test operations.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and infrastructure needs.
Experience Level:- Preferred experience level is 3 to 10 years. Employment Type:
