We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer t o join our growing team. In this role, you will install residential and light commercial HVAC systems while working alongside an install helper to deliver the quality and professionalism our customers expect.

Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity/temperature control systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications

• Perform system start-ups and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems

• Work in single-family homes, multi-family properties, new construction, and light commercial projects

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and quality workmanship

• Collaborate with installation helpers and team members to ensure timely, high-quality job completion

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards

• Complete required documentation including job reports, inspection checklists, and system performance records

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience (new construction and retrofit)

• EPA Universal Certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major infractions within the past 5 years)

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship
