The Clinic Director Role:

As the Clinic Director, you aren’t just managing your own patient schedule, you will work with growth-oriented ownership and through our community and patient base to help grow this practice. You will also provide on-site leadership for a diverse team of "A-players," including physical therapists, licensed counselor, certified dietitian, personal trainers and licensed massage therapists. Who You Are

• Credentialed, Eager to Lead: A NC Licensed Physical Therapist (2+ years or proven managerial experience) with a desire to lead that compels you to respond to this ad.
• A Multi-Disciplinary Thinker: You are highly committed to the profession, yet appreciate that patients' well-being can be served in other ways as well.
• An Integrator Mindset: You are a self-starter with a bias for action. You have an affinity for systems and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Solution-Focused: You enjoy problem solving, are resilient in the face of challenges and can embrace a collaborative, "humbly confident" approach to leadership.
