Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for a travel assignment in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to PCU patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications, manage cardiac and other monitoring devices, and perform wound care
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage central lines effectively
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Float among different facilities within the designated region as needed
Requirements of the RN - PCU
- Active RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications
- Minimum 18 months of experience in PCU
- Experience in tracheostomy care, cardiac gtt, blood products, and telemetry monitoring
