Assist clients by clearly explaining available products and services
Respond to questions regarding coverage and benefit options
Stay informed on updated programs and offerings to provide accurate guidance
Review existing plans with clients to help identify practical, cost-effective solutions
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction
What You Bring
Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset
Strong ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Effective multitasking and organizational skills
