The Role

As a Principal Consultant, you will leverage your expertise and business development skills to deliver exceptional results for clients and candidates while driving growth in the Credit team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including alternative asset managers, private equity firms, and banks.
• Source and place top-tier talent in investment, capital markets, advisory, and underwriting roles.
• Generate new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Provide market insights and trends to clients and candidates, ensuring you stay ahead in the competitive credit recruitment landscape.
• Achieve individual revenue targets while contributing to the overall success of the Credit team.

About You

• Proven billing track record of $350k+ (recent and largely self-generated).
• Extensive recruitment experience, ideally within the credit, financial services, or investment sectors.
• Strong understanding of the credit recruitment landscape, including asset management, capital markets, and banking roles.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
