Role snapshot

• Location: Stanfield, NC
• Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• Compensation: $30.73/hour

What you'll tackle

• Assemble, disassemble, repair, rebuild, and overhaul production machinery—cold form headers, thread rollers, and assembly systems.
• Perform bench and machining operations to restore components.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility utilities: pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, gas, and water.
• Support building and grounds maintenance to ensure uptime.
• Maintain impeccable attendance: accurate, on-time punches and reliable start times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years’ experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance (or equivalent)
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Verified by NOCTI: Industrial Maintenance Electrical Principles, PLC maintenance, Industrial Equipment Maintenance, Fluid Power, and Fundamentals of Machine Tools
• Experience with HVAC, fire protection, equipment installation/relocation, pipefitting, industrial air compressors/dryers, and PM programs
• Preferred: welding/fabrication with oxyacetylene and arc-welding equipment
• Comfort with hand/power tools (saws, drills, impacts, etc.) and safe operation
• Forklift and scissor lift certifications (training provided by the company)
• Strong communicator with cross-functional partners and vendors
• Overtime flexibility as production requires
