We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our State Farm Insurance Agency. If you are not fluent in both English and Spanish, do not apply for this position, but do check out the other opportunities we may have available.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will provide exceptional service to our customers by assisting with their insurance needs, answering inquiries, and resolving issues. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about insurance products and services in both English and Spanish.
  • Policy Assistance: Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and renewals, ensuring a clear understanding of their coverage options.
  • Claims Support: Guide clients through the claims process, providing assistance and updates as needed.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the agency's database.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve agency goals and improve overall customer service.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on State Farm products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Qualifications:

  • Education: Ability to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance license.
  • Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience.
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
