- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about insurance products and services in both English and Spanish.
- Policy Assistance: Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and renewals, ensuring a clear understanding of their coverage options.
- Claims Support: Guide clients through the claims process, providing assistance and updates as needed.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the agency's database.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve agency goals and improve overall customer service.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on State Farm products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
- Education: Ability to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance license.
- Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
