Job Details:

- Day Shift

- Service Areas: Mooresville, Huntersville ,Cornelius , Denver and Charlotte

- Summary of Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time every day
• Present yourself in a polite and friendly manner to all clients when entering offices
• Clean all assigned homes and office areas each day
• Clean with quality, ensuring no more than one quality-related cancellation per calendar year
• Follow Spotlesss cleaning system: always wear an apron, clean top-to-bottom and left-to-right
• Serve as a link between the client and the company
• Manage and track keys and assigned tasks, ensuring no lost keys
• Read GPS and locate customer homes/offices
• Complete end-of-shift sheet with accurate, updated information (key location, trash location, etc.)
• Clock in and out via the designated app at the beginning and end of each shift
• Immediately report to the office any issues encountered during cleaning (e.g., broken item, loose faucet, etc.)
• Collect any notes left by clients for Spotless Cleaning Services and bring them to the office
• Record customer supply orders
• Do a walk-through after each cleaning job
• Other duties as assigned
