Estate Gardner / Horticulturalist

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated, and experienced ESTATE GARDENER / HORTICULTURALIST to join our team immediately!

Your experience makes you comfortable managing high-end estate grade gardens and meeting clients high expectations. You are like us, and you want to make sure our clients receive the very best. You will make sure the work is completed with excellence, pride, and attention to detail.

You're experienced in horticulture and plant health, and comfortable making irrigation adjustments and doing annual and perennial plant installations. You're also experienced in reading landscape plans, and making sure that work orders are carried out correctly and in a timely manner. You are used to working WITH your team, side-by-side on all landscape activities. Not only are you not afraid to get your hands dirty, but you love the finished product! You have the ability to problem-solve quickly, and are always supportive of your team members.

You enjoy communicating in a professional manner directly with customers on-site, and you follow through with customers and project managers. Customer complaints don't scare you, because you see them as an opportunity to make improvements and win customers loyalty. You follow up quickly with project managers to let them know issues have been taken care of. You are a great multi-tasker and always stay on top of your paper work.

Requirements:

- Must be able to pass drug screen / background check.

- Valid (and clean) NC Driver's License.

- Minimum 2 years landscape experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
