Insurance Service & Sales Manager
Position Overview:
Successful State Farm Insurance Agent is seeking an Insurance Sales & Service Manager to facilitate business growth through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service. - Educate customers on insurance options including auto, home, life, and financial products.
- Market appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Service existing accounts and assist with policy changes.
- Meet or exceed sales and service goals.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid-Current (NC) Property & Casualty license.
- Valid-Current (NC) Life & Health license.
- 3-4 yrs. of Sales, Service and Leadership experience.
- 3-4 yrs. of insurance and policy management systems experience.
Preferred Qualities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience working for a State Farm Agent.
- Comfortable with sales conversations and prospecting.
- Able to work in a team environment.
