What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Service Representative , you'll work with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.

Client Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Explain products and services clearly and professionally

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates

• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up communication

• Build strong, long-term client relationships

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Professional Development
