Maintenance Technician

We’re hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment. This role supports preventive maintenance and emergency repairs across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance
• Work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• Complete maintenance documentation and follow safety procedures

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, and three‑phase power
• Welding, fabrication, HVAC, plumbing knowledge preferred
• Familiar with shop equipment (lathe, mill, welders)

Schedule

• Training: Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm (first 6 months)
• Ongoing: 12‑hour 223 rotation

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenoir, NC.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
