Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist - CCC
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in Home Care
• Valid Speech Language Pathologist - CCC license
• Be willing to obtain North Carolina licensure

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a home care setting, you will:

• Provide specialized speech therapy services (SLP) to patients in their homes to improve communication and swallowing functions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans that promote recovery and independence.
• Monitor patient progress, modify therapy as needed, and document outcomes thoroughly to ensure quality care and compliance.
