Lead Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

LEAD SLP OPPORTUNITY!

Interested in mentorship, coaching, and big-picture goal setting? We are looking for a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist in Sanford NC ! Work with an established clinical team with nearly two decades of history serving the community.

Lead a team of 4-5 SLPs! Hold monthly meetings, provide coaching and mentorship, and work with other clinical leadership to guide the direction of the company while treating a reduced caseload .

Job overview:

• $70 k-$82k/year depending on experience
• Hourly compensation with guaranteed hours (clock in/clock out)!

• Maintain records using a gold standard EMR system

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years pediatric experience required
• North Carolina Speech Language Pathology License
• Ability to work in-person in Sanford, NC
• An energetic & child-friendly personality - ready to build relationships with kids and have fun in a therapeutic setting! Must be a flexible thinker and ready to get creative in therapy.
