We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be embedding with user groups on the front lines to assist Palantir's implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client's user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world's hardest problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify goals, prioritize outcomes, and support the team's broader efforts through providing desk-side training.
  • Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
  • Provide onsite support to advance team efforts through direct engagement with the users to troubleshoot user issues, gather feedback on capabilities and data integrations, iterate directly with users on new capabilities, and provide training and support as required.
  • Attend customer meetings and develop strong relationships and advocacy within the customer organization at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship
  • TS/SCI clearance eligibility
  • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
  • Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel as well hardware, networks, and server administration.
  • Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • At least 4 years of prior Military experience is ideal. Special Operations background preferred.
