B.S. in Civil Engineering PE license in North Carolina and South Carolina 5+ years of residential land development experience (SFD, townhomes, multifamily) Strong experience with grading, stormwater management, drainage, utilities, and roadway design Proficiency in Civil 3D and related engineering software Strong leadership, communication, and project management skillsWhy is This a Great Opportunity:
