Cold Caller / Appointment Setter
We are not a beginner agency.
We are currently generating $50,000/month with our offer using IBO (Inbound/Outbound hybrid systems), and we are expanding our outbound team.
Our average deal value ranges from $3,500 – $5,000, and your role is simple:
- Book qualified sales meetings for our closers.
You Will Be Provided With
- Script
- Dialer
- Lead lists
- Full system
Your responsibility is execution.
Daily Responsibilities
- Make 250–300 outbound cold calls per day (minimum)
- Book 3 qualified meetings per day (average KPI)
- Work 5 days per week
- Followscript while still sounding natural and human
- Communicate with the team 2–3 times daily (mandatory)
Requirements
- 2+ years cold calling / sales experience (REQUIRED)
- Near-native English (no heavy accent, must sound fluent)
- Strong communication + confidence on calls
- Rejection
- Getting hung up on
- High call volume
We are a high-performance team.
If KPIs are not met or communication is poor, we move forward with termination quickly.
