Senior Programmatic Specialist

How will you make a difference?
You'll be at the forefront of driving impactful change by guiding campaigns and utilizing your expertise in programmatic DSPs, data analysis, and strategic media planning. Your deep understanding will play a crucial role in shaping programmatic solutions that deliver results for our clients. You'll also become well-versed in platforms like Stack Adapt and Amazon DSP, actively contributing to the creation of best-in-class advertising campaigns across diverse industries.
What will you do?
- Plan and execute clients' display, CTV/OTT, audio, native, and digital-out-of-home programmatic campaigns.
- Provide ongoing optimizations throughout the duration of a campaign by regularly reviewing advertising tactics and shifting budgets to drive performance against client KPIs.
- Evaluate performance within programmatic platforms to provide insights and strategic recommendations for current and future campaigns.
- Coordinate the implementation and troubleshooting of conversion, retargeting, and look-a-like tracking pixels with partner ad platforms.
- Collaborate with internal Paid Media teams and media partners to ensure strategic alignment across media channels.
- Create regular performance reports and share findings with client contacts on a weekly basis.
- Perform audits of prospective clients' programmatic campaigns and make recommendations to secure new business for the agency.
- Assist the programmatic team in training internal team members on programmatic best practices and platforms.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Programmatic experience
- Bachelor's degree
Essential Qualifications :
- In-platform experience with one or more programmatic DSPs (The Trade Desk, Amazon Advertising, Google DV360).
- Flexible, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of numerous, fast-moving projects and is comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Detail oriented with strong follow-through.
- Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable insights.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication.
- Understanding of digital media metrics and how they interact and influence one another.
- Embodies ROI's core values and is willing to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
