Salary: $95,000 - $140,000 per year A bit about us: A distinguished Carolina law firm is seeking an experienced workers' compensation attorney to join their established and growing Charlotte offices. This established firm has built an impressive reputation across the Southeast for their exceptional work defending employers across diverse industries in workers' compensation claims. This opportunity is with a practice that handles sophisticated workers' compensation defense matters for high-profile insurance carriers and corporate clients across nearly every industry. The incoming attorney will manage a diverse caseload and can expect to:
- Conduct depositions of parties, lay witnesses, medical providers, and experts
- Draft persuasive motions and briefs for administrative commission hearings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and risk managers
- Spearhead case strategy development
- Represent clients in mediations and administrative hearings
