Associate Veterinarian
Pathway to Partnership Veterinarian
Montgomery Animal Clinic | Troy, NC
We are not seeking a traditional associate veterinarian. We are looking for a future partner —a doctor who wants to earn ownership through clinical excellence, leadership, and contribution rather than upfront capital.
This role offers a clear Pathway to Partnership with shared profit from day one and eligibility for up to 19.9% ownership within 3–6 months. You’ll practice high-quality medicine in a collaborative, team-based environment , supported by a strong community of caring doctors.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $150,000 base salary (36–40 hours/week).
- No weekends or on-call.
- 20% production commission on revenue over base.
- Profit interest from start of employment.
- Health insurance, PTO, CE, licensure.
- Relocation assistance available.
- Compensation customizable for student loan needs.
