- Work directly with General Managers and budget owners to manage budgets, monitor performance, and align financial plans with strategic goals.
- Oversee P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis and prepare monthly Sponsor Operating Reports with clear, executive-ready insights.
- Build and refine financial models to support budgeting, scenario planning, and decision‑making.
- Develop and implement standardized reporting processes and KPIs.

- Modeling & Analysis: Advanced Excel skills and experience developing robust financial models and forecasts.
- Tools: Familiarity with planning/reporting tools such as Tableau, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
- Business Partnership: Proven success supporting cross‑functional teams and influencing senior leaders.
- Process Improvement: Strong ability to create scalable processes, align cross‑functional teams, and implement best practices in reporting and planning.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for presenting complex data in a clear, actionable manner.
