Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapists in planning and implementing treatment programs for residents.
Deliver therapy services in accordance with treatment plans and facility guidelines.
Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.
Monitor and document resident progress; report changes to supervising therapist.
