We are gearing up for several new projects and are looking for great people to add to our team!

Cooper Construction Company is seeking a qualified Project Superintendent to work full time in Flat Rock, NC. This role is responsible for layout, coordination of subcontractors, and if the job merits it, to actually perform work in order to ensure a quality and timely completion of every project.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Working directly with the job's Project Manager

Completing all jobsite paperwork, including packing slips, daily time sheets and field reports

Overseeing daily production on the construction site including, but not limited to, all subcontractors

Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and capabilities:

Experience in proper, safe, construction procedures

Minimum 5 years experience in the field of construction

Must be detail-oriented, organized; possess a sense of urgency

Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize

Ability to exercise prudent judgment in the absence of supervisors.
