You’ll be building AI-powered tools that don’t just analyze data, but initiate action. Your code will recommend complex collection strategies to Source Strategy Officers, trigger automated GEOINT collection without waiting for human approval, and get results into analysts’ hands fast enough to change the outcome. You’ll be integrating AI into real, operational systems—JEMA, GIMS, RemoteView, ArcPro, etc. and seeing exactly how your automation speeds up the fight of time. You’ll watch the before-and-after difference your tools make and know you had a direct hand in changing the intelligence picture. Requirements

You have a current active Top Secret / SCI clearance.
You have achieved a Master’s degree / Bachelor’s degree + 2 years / Associate’s degree + 3 years / 5+ years of relevant experience
Advanced Python skills as you’ll be writing automation and AI tools that have to run in live ops without failing.
Experience with developing AI tools that can integrate with platforms like JEMA and GIMS to recommend mission-ready GEOINT collection strategies.
