Entry-Level Customer Support (Remote)
Futura Marketing is hiring an Entry-Level Customer Support (Remote) based in Raleigh. This part-time role includes weekday daytime shifts and guided training from day one. No experience required. Pay: $21–$26/hour. Applicants must be located within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions about services
- Handle and confirm incoming orders
- Provide status updates on requests
- Enter data into internal systems
- Resolve basic client concerns
- Communicate with distribution staff
Requirements
- No prior support experience needed
- Strong written English skills
- Comfortable using web-based tools
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable internet connection
- Must reside in the U.S.
