Red Trucking is actively hiring professional CDL Class A drivers for OTR dry van positions. Our drivers run stable, high-volume freight with consistent miles and dependable weekly pay. Approximately 80% of our freight consists of drop-and-hook USPS loads operating under government-contracted freight lanes, helping provide reliable year-round work and minimal downtime.

We focus on keeping drivers moving with steady freight throughout the Midwest, South, and Southeast regions while offering modern equipment, paid orientation, performance bonuses, and a driver-first environment designed for long-term success.

Pay & Bonus Structure

• Starting Pay: $0.72 CPM + Bonuses
• All Practical Miles Paid (Loaded & Empty)
• Weekly Direct Deposit

Performance Bonuses

• Stay Out 4 Weeks: +0.01 CPM
• Stay Out 5 Weeks: $250 Bonus
• Stay Out 6 Weeks: $500 Bonus

Additional Bonuses

• Clean DOT Level 1 Inspection: $300
• Clean DOT Level 2 Inspection: $200

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License
• Minimum 1 Year of Verifiable CDL Experience
• Clean Driving Record
• No FMCSA Clearinghouse Violations
• No DUI/DWI or Drug/Alcohol Violations
• Ability to Stay Out 3–4 Weeks for OTR Routes
