About Greenock Farm Veterinary Hospital
Founded in 1992, Greenock Farm Veterinary Hospital has grown from an equine surgical facility into a full-service hospital for animals large and small. Our hospital features:
- State-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical equipment, including digital radiography, a GE ultrasound, and advanced endoscopic tools.
- Therapeutic services such as laser therapy, PRP, and stem cell therapy.
- A supportive and collaborative team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.

Responsibilities
As a Registered Veterinary Technician , your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting veterinarians with patient exams, treatments, and surgical procedures.
- Administering medications, vaccinations, and routine care.
- Performing diagnostic tests, including bloodwork, radiography, and urinalysis.
- Monitoring anesthesia and providing post-operative care.
- Assisting with dental cleanings and educating clients on pet care and preventive health.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring a clean, organized hospital environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician is required. Certification (RVT or equivalent) is required.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational abilities, and a passion for animal care.
- Mindset: A positive attitude with a team-oriented approach and a willingness to learn.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist in handling and restraining animals safely.
