Friday Services is Hiring a Floor Care Technician for our Client in West Asheville, 28806. Job Position: Floor Care Technician Location: Asheville, NC 28806 Pay Rate: $17.00/hr Shift: 4pm-1am Description: Our client is seeking a motivated, and dependable Floor Care Technician to join their growing team of professionals. This position specializes in cleaning and maintaining carpet, tile, upholstery, and other hard surfaces-it is not a janitorial or housekeeping role. Job Duties:
Perform carpet, upholstery, ceramic tile, grout, and hard surface floor cleaning
Strip and wax VCT flooring
Use mobile devices for communication and data entry
Arrive punctually to work and scheduled appointments
Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle and equipment
Assist with minor repairs and maintenance of cleaning tools
Properly complete and record paperwork
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
Professional communication and customer service skills #INDC
Compensation details: 17 Hourly Wage
