Travel - Temporary Assignment starting 03/09/2026 for 13 weeks in a home care environment. 40 guaranteed hours per week, 8-hour shifts. Weekly pay range: $2,227-$2,293 per week. Key Highlights

- Work setting: home care environment Responsibilities
- Perform clinical assessments, identify patient needs, and determine appropriateness for OT services; develop and revise a Plan of Care (POC) and progress notes.
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions to improve ROM, strength, coordination, and ADL performance; assess need for and use of adaptive equipment; fabricate and maintain adaptive devices and hand splints; address functional mobility and safety.
- Evaluate patient occupational performance across self-care, work, leisure, and rest; assess sensory-motor, psycho-social, and cognitive-perceptual aspects; consider physical, social, and cultural factors of the patient’s environment.
- Apply infection control and universal precautions; document procedures, organize data, and maintain accurate records; communicate relevant patient information to physicians and caregivers while protecting confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team; consult with physicians regarding patient status; troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance of OT equipment as needed. Requirements
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist – Required
- Proof of current CPR certification – Required
- Current driver’s license – Required
- Reliable transportation and insurance – Required
- Two years of OT experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting – Required
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally Benefits and Support
