We’re hiring a hands‐on, business‐minded Director of Finance & Business Administration to lead the financial and administrative backbone of our broad investment platform. You’ll own monthly close and consolidations, cash management, lease administration, and day‐to‐day business administrative operations—while building scalable processes and partnering directly with the CEO on growth, capital, and performance


We’re looking for a hands-on detailed oriented business executive with strong accounting and general business management skills. This is an exceptional opportunity to build analytical and operational experience across multiple industries.

What You’ll Do

Accounting & Finance (16 Facilities + Corporate)

  • Lead a monthly close across 20 investment projects and the corporate entity; deliver GAAP‐compliant financials and consolidations.
  • Oversee GL, AP/AR, job‐cost/WIP, fixed assets, and project closeouts; ensure accurate capitalization of development and TI spend.
  • Manage treasury: daily cash positioning, intercompany activity, debt service schedules, and covenant tracking across property loans.
  • Produce portfolio reporting: budgets vs. actuals, variance/KPI dashboards, lender & investor packages.
  • Coordinate year‐end audit/review and tax with outside CPA; manage property tax, 1099s, and compliance calendars.
  • Support transactions: acquisition/disposition closings, construction draw packages, and lender due diligence.

Business Administration

  • Oversee lease abstraction, rent schedules, billing/collections, and CAM/NNN recoveries for all 16 facilities .
  • Manage insurance program
  • Manage Vendor contracts
  • Build internal Controls and SOPs that scale with growth

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, (CPA a plus).

· 8–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, experience with QuickBooks a plus

· Advanced Excel proficiency

· Comfortable with contract documents and negotiating

· Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Collaborative and flexible approach to work required in a small but busy office
