Optometrist Job Central and Eastern NC Regional Clinical Field Director

Extremely lucrative opportunity for an experienced optometrist to become a Regional Clinical Field Director. Responsible for directing the medical care for the practice. Incorporating provider management, assisting in doctor scheduling, coaching, and accountability. The Clinical Field Director will also spend time in direct patient care. Minimum of 5 years of direct primary optometric experience, including strong medical and retail experience. Along with strong communication skills and organization skills. Ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with other optometrists, and supervise peers. NC licensure required. Lucrative compensation plan. Base salary plus bonus structure and travel expense reimbursement.
