$10k sign on bonus We are looking for a motivated Dentist to join our growing practice full time in Louisburg conveniently located about 30 miles Northeast of Raleigh and less than 45 minutes from Rocky Mount. We are looking for a motivated, skilled, and personable general dentist who is passionate about comprehensive care and committed to clinical excellence. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a thriving, busy practice with a collaborative team, strong systems, and unlimited growth potential. You will have the chance to expand your clinical skills, build meaningful patient relationships, and grow professionally in a supportive environment that values both autonomy and teamwork. For the right doctor, this position also offers a clear pathway to future equity or partnership after one year. Duties:
- Comprehensive Dentistry, root canals, bridges/crowns, extractions, partial/dentures and restoring implants (placement of implants if trained)
- Diagnosis tooth pathology and present treatment options
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Collaborate with the team for comprehensive patient care
- Work with hygienist and 2 dental assistants
- Comply with all guidelines
- DDS/DMD degree
- Active and unrestricted license in state of NC
- Full time
- $200k-$300k + per year
