Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Powder Coating Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently powder coating customer parts on a conveyor line while ensuring high-quality standards and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Apply powder coating to customer parts as they move along the conveyor line, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain focus on the quality of coated parts, inspecting for defects and ensuring a flawless finish.
• Receive, stock, and manage coating supplies in designated areas to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Load and unload parts on the coating system conveyor line as directed by the Operations Manager.
• Safely lift and transport materials and equipment throughout work areas using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on health and safety protocols.
• Promptly report any issues, concerns, or discrepancies to management.
• Immediately report all occupational injuries or illnesses to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment to support efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in powder coating or a similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment safely (up to [insert weight if applicable]).
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capable of lifting and carrying materials using appropriate equipment.
