Account Manager (Remote – 1099, Performance-Based Income)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our expanding team. This is an independent contractor (1099) position with 100% commission-based earnings and uncapped income potential. As an Account Manager, you will build strong client relationships, help clients access the right solutions for their needs, and grow your own book of business with the full support of our experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction
Provide consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Conduct client communications via phone, email, and video conferencing
Guide clients through the onboarding and application process
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-up activities
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development sessions
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based income
Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through skills
Comfortable with technology and virtual communications
Self-motivated, coachable, and willing to learn industry best practices
Previous sales, account management, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
