Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the supervision of daily kitchen operations and ensure food is hot and craveable at all times
• Monitor food safety and sanitation standards
• Ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly; report maintenance needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage, prep and cooking areas.
• Foster a positive, respectful and efficient team culture.
• Assist with enforcing safety policies and all Back of House protocols.

Qualifications:

• Strong desire to serve and provide superior customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in a leadership role (a minimum of 5 yrs)
• ServSafe Certified
• Chick-fil-A prior experience preferred but not required
