Part-Time Desktop Support Specialist (Potential to Convert to Full-Time) – Charlotte, NC

We’re a leading global professional services firm with a strong presence across major markets. As we continue building out our Charlotte office, we’re looking for a Desktop Support Specialist who can keep things running smoothly and help shape the foundation of our local IT environment. This position begins on a part-time basis, with a clear path to grow into a full-time role as the office expands.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide day-to-day desktop support for end users, including hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting

• Assist with conference room and A/V setups for meetings and presentations

• Support Microsoft Windows and Office 365 environments

• Respond to help desk requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions

• Maintain and track IT equipment across the office

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in desktop support, IT help desk, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft applications

• Experience with A/V and conference room technology a plus

• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and efficiently
