Customer Account Services Representative

: Job Summary MED-EL Corporation, located in Research Triangle Park, NC and headquartered in Austria, is a worldwide leader in hearing implant research and technology and is committed to designing and manufacturing advanced hearing systems. We offer competitive salaries and benefits for qualified candidates. The Customer Account Services Representative role works with patients and clinics answering product and service questions. In addition, you will process orders, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure excellent service standards Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for customers including patients, family members, medical providers and professional contacts regarding their product needs.
• Process customer orders in accordance with company policy/Quality System and regulatory requirements for the handling of class III medical devices.
• Provide routine product troubleshooting assistance for MED-EL medical products.
• Collaborate with internal staff members including Insurance Support Services, Audiology Technical Support Services, Accounting, Product Control, Order Fulfillment, and Sales teams to help maintain account relationships.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

• Positive attitude, self-motivated and collaborative team spirit a must!
• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to articulate concisely
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple time sensitive tasks
• Excellent database skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and ability to learn Microsoft Navision and CRM systems

Work Schedule:

• Standard hours of M-F 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch
• Hybrid schedule
