This is a fully in-office role supporting attorneys across federal criminal matters (including white-collar and appellate work) and insurance coverage/litigation .
Responsibilities include:
- Federal and state court filings (federal required)
- Client intake and professional phone communication
- Legal research and case downloads via Westlaw and PACER
- Document and case management using iManage
- Scheduling, time entry, expenses, and administrative support
- Travel coordination and document organization
- E-discovery exposure is a plus

Ideal Candidate:
- 3–5 years of legal assistant experience (not entry-level)
- Federal court experience required
- Criminal or litigation background preferred
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and client-focused
